I believe that true wellness starts from within. Guided by the philosophy that “We have everything we will ever need inside us. It’s just about realizing it.” I aim to support each client’s unique journey to health and balance through personalized treatment planning and compassionate care. I have a 2200-hour Registered Massage Therapy Diploma from Vicars School of Massage Therapy and bring a deep dedication to understanding the body’s complex needs. I combine athletic therapeutic expertise with a calming holistic approach, offering tailored massage therapy sessions that focus on healing, recovery, and preventive care. Whether you’re looking to relieve stress, tension, manage pain, or simply enjoy a restorative relaxation massage, I am here to help you connect with the resources that already lie within. Outside the treatment room, I am passionate about practices that enhance my physical and mental well-being: yoga, calisthenics, working out, meditation, cooking, meal prep, and playing guitar. My path to manual osteopathy began after a 12-year career in nursing, where I worked closely with orthopedic patients. During that time, I built a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and patient care, while developing a deep respect for the body’s ability to adapt and recover. I was drawn to osteopathy as a way to support healing more fully, combining clinical knowledge with a hands-on approach that considers the body as a whole. Wanting a comprehensive and principles-based education, I completed a four-year, 4,200-hour program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. This Type 1 program meets the highest international training standards recognized by the World Health Organization. Through this training, I developed a strong understanding of classical osteopathic principles and how supporting structure and movement can help the body function more efficiently and heal more naturally. In practice, I aim to create a calm, supportive space where care is tailored to each individual. My focus is on improving mobility, restoring balance, and helping the body move with greater ease, while recognizing how closely physical structure, movement, and overall well-being are connected.
